They're called Packages in WHM

To access the Packages Menu, click on Packages, on the main screen of your WebHost Manager interface.

But my WHM doesn't show a Packages Menu.

From top to bottom on the navigational bar on the left :

Cluster / Remote Access
Server Status
Account Info
Account Functions
Multi-Account Functions
Frontpage
Themes
DNS functions
Cpanel

Re: WHM help.

OK. Hmm, that's really weird, the packages section should be right under Themes. Try pasting "scripts/addpkgform" at the end of the WHM url. So it would look like "http://yoursite.com:2086/scripts/addpkgform" or "http://yoursite.com/whm/scripts/addpkgform

Re: WHM help.

Doesn't work. :(
Doesn't do anything actually - takes me to a blank page.

I do have a support ticket in to the hosting site, they just seem to be taking their sweet time to respond.

Re: WHM help.

Hmm, well that's odd. Packages aren't really required though, have you tried to make an account yet?

Re: WHM help.

Are you a reseller or is it a dedicated server? Because resellers can have the option to create packages disabled I believe (which sounds like what has happened).

Re: WHM help.

Chris Z --> Yeah it is odd ... just got a response from Support ... they are looking into it at the moment. I can create accounts, I guess. There is an option to do so, but my co-owner was wanting to have the Add Package feature I guess. *shrugs*

Lambada --> I think so. Waiting for support to tell me what is going on. All they sent so far was "We are looking into it now" ...

Thanks everyone for the help. I'll leave this open long enough to tell ya their answer ( when I get one )
