Actually, this refers to more than one page with the same META tag description information. If you go to the Diagnostics>>Content Analysis link on the menu then you should be able to click on the "Duplicate meta descriptions" link which will show the webpages with the same meta data. The meta data that is duplicated on more than one page should be displayed and you can click on it to see exactly which pages include this meta data.

There's nothing wrong with having the same meta data if it's appropriate for each page, but with specific meta tags that indicate more about what each page includes you are helping people find the proper pages on your website.
