There will be no-need to put in the required labels, that is the administrator's job.

Would there be any form of payment for this (be it credits / PayPal / etc), or is it just simply a volunteer thing? You failed to mention this in your original post, and the members will want all the details before they offer their services

I assume that means that first he will try to get Volunteers then if that doesn't work, he may pay.

Hey guys, sorry to be late, I'll see you as a volunteer for the FIRST WEEK ONLY. If you work good, you will start earning 10 credits per post and a maximum of 6 posts per week. If you work thoroughly well and yield good results with long news items typed by yourself and based on genuine news, I won't let your hard-work go waste. So be sure to ask me to review your job again before continuing your job the next week and don't forget to collect your 50 bonus credits. [I plan to convert the payment from credits to Paypal in a nex few(5) weeks. I'll discuss the pricing personally with you later. Hope it works!]
