We here at Toxic Design's are almost always open to applications from promising members hoping to utilise their talents in order to rise up through the rankings and become a member of staff. Active - Inactive members will not even be considered for a position.
• Dedication - This means you can't be working at any more than 3 other forums.
• Willing to work - Failure to complete your team's job will result in a demotion.
• Professionalism - Absolute professionalism (treating members as emotionless beings) is not required, but a level that maintains proper spelling and grammar is.
• Appreciation - If you have a bad reputation throughout Invisionfree, then chances are you've earned it and we do not want you on staff.
• Friendly. Cruel and critical members will have no chance of being accepted.
• Creativity - Mainly for Design Service Staff. If you can't come up with new ideas, then we may not want you on the team.
• Open to suggestions - All staff members should accept that noone and nothing is perfect and therefore any and all work posted can be improved on. Any flaming members for suggestions will result in a demotion.
Positions Available:
Community Team- This group moderates the whole forum and is responsible to keep it clean, up-to-date and trash spam topics. They also make up ideas and share with the rest of the staff. They are also responsible of the recreational area of the forum.
Designers: What they do: The Design teams job is to fill requests, and moderate the other graphic related forums. Our team will make signatures, avatars, banners, buttons, icons, anything.
Resource Staff: Its really just a simple position. Basically just find Resourcebrushes, fonts, and renders and post the links to them in the sections we have, along with a preview of them. Or, make your own! We really apreciate it and its a good way to be promoted in the staff.
Advertisers: The Advertizers go to other forums and websites and let their members know about us. They will take our already made, ready to copy and paste, advertizements and post them on other forums. They SHALL not spam though, because it will cause other people to think we are a noobish site.
Applications must be posted here or sent to me, mysticgfx via the Personal Message system. They will then be reviewed by the current staff members. If you are accepted, you will receive a reply. If not, feel free to keep trying.
When applying, please use your own template. If you are sending us a resumé link, please have the common courtesy to include what position you are applying for. Applications for designer requires examples of your work.
