Well, here is what I am going to buy.

Intel Core 2 Duo E6550 Conroe 2.33GHz
XFX 650i Ultra - Motherboard
2GB DDR2 800mhz
160 SATA-II
XFX 8600 GT 256 mb

2-3 FANS (if it heats too much)
One DVD-RW and one Combo Drive.
